The Chinese smartphone maker Vivo, which is a subsidiary of BBK Electronics, has launched its latest smartphone Vivo V11 Pro in the Indian market. Vivo, which is known for its stronghold in the offline retail market has now started to take the online market seriously. Vivo V11 Pro is the upgrade to its predecessor Vivo V9, which was launched around six months back. Vivo V11 Pro is the first V-series phone to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner. This phone brings flagship features at the price of a mid-range smartphone, colliding head-on with phones like Poco F1 and Moto G6 Plus.
Vivo V11 Pro Design
The phone Vivo V11 Pro looks pretty similar to its predecessor Vivo V9. The back of this phone looks like made of glass but it’s plastic with a glossy finish. This makes the back slippery, it can be covered by the bundled soft-case to get the proper grip over it. The phone is light in weight due to the plastic back, which makes it handy and easy to use with the single hand.
The dual camera setup is placed on the top left side of its back and has a ring around it, thereby making the device look premium. There is LED flash artistically placed just below the dual-camera setup with Vivo logo at the centre of the back side.
On the top, there is only one thing and it’s a secondary noise cancellation microphone. Volume buttons and Lock buttons are placed on the right side of the phone. Similarly, at the bottom of the phone, there is a 3.5-mm Headphone Jack, Type-C USB port, primary microphone and speaker. And on the left side, there is dedicated SIM-tray, which can cater 2 nano-SIM cards and 1 micro-SD card at the same time.
Vivo V11 Pro Display
The front display is edge-to-edge display, Vivo calls this as Halo Fullview Display 3.0 with a tiny waterdrop style notch. The display is 6.41-inchSuper AMOLED FHD+ touchscreen with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 2340×1080 resolution and 402-PPI pixel density.
Vivo V11 Pro Processor
This phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660, which is an Octa-core processor and is clocked at 2.2GHz. Moto G6 Plus has Snapdragon 630 and Poco F1 features Snapdragon 845, which makes Poco F1 undoubtedly a clear winner on paper. Vivo V11 Pro also has a dedicated graphics processor Adreno 512.
Vivo V11 Pro Camera
The rear camera featured on this phone is a dual-camera module with a primary sensor of 12MP, f/1.8 aperture and secondary sensor of 5MP, f2.4 aperture. The front camera is a 25MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
Vivo V11 Battery
The battery bundled with this phone is a non-removable Li-Po battery with 3400mAh capacity. Moto G6 Pluscomes with a 3200mAh battery and Poco F1 with a 4000mAh. Again, Poco F1 leads from the front, but the battery backup depends on various other aspects rather than just looking at the capacity value.
Vivo V11 Price
